Reasons why I’ve been feeling invincible lately
TL;DR: AI, people, and a trip to BKK.
1. AI. Claude. And some more credits across some more apps.
Really. The only hard skill I had growing up was writing. The first ever thousand I made was because of that skill. The first meaningful opportunity I got was because of that skill.
If I may, the first five years of my working life happened because of that skill.
That hard skill put me in places that taught me people, businesses, and what it takes to ship from 0 to 1.
(Since that moment, I’ve done everything but write :D)
But, when I say I’ve been feeling invincible because of AI — I mean this very ability + set of skills have been 100xed now.
I am stripped of all excuses not to ship.
Each time I open my app on TestFlight as a non-techie, I realise — it is a VERY exciting time to be alive.
2. People
Aarya said a cool thing yesterday. Well, two cool things.
One — there’s no task she needs a human for. And two — despite that, she thinks the joy is in living and building with people you like.
And another reason why I’ve been feeling invincible lately is the people I have in my life. The cheerleaders. The supporters. Each one who tells me to swing for the fences.
I think their trust + some confidence in self + AI makes a deadly combination. And I hope to live that combination to the fullest.
3. Time at Network School and a trip to Bangkok
I have many things to say about this. But, for now, I will say that Aoneha was right.
When you go out in the world, spend some time by yourself, and fully immerse yourself in new, uncomfortable experiences, you come out feeling like a different person.
Both Network School and a few weeks in BKK were that.
My mind’s expanded. In two ways — I’m more self-aware. And I’ve seen that life’s got so much more ground to cover. Makes me feel like it is all possible.
That’s all. Quick writing break between all experiments.
